as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or
other content of this site will always be accurate, complete, reliable,
current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described,
we will make every effort to correct the mistake in a timely manner.
Product Availability
We do our utmost to ensure out-of-stock items are immediately
removed from our site. In the event an item you have ordered becomes
unavailable, we will notify you before the remainder of your order is
shipped.
Materials: Gemstones, Mother of Pearls, and Pearls will naturally vary
in size and color shading. Please allow for these variations when
placing your order. Please also note that findings may vary.
Reviews, Comments, Emails, and
Other Content
Visitors may post reviews, ask questions, and submit suggestions and
comments, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening,
defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property
rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and
does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning,

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment
contract; which basically means that the risk of loss and title for
such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
