Shipping & Handling

Shipping charge will be added to your total purchase. Shipping is via Canada Post at a flat rate of $5.00 within Canada and U.S. If you require specific courier, please contact us in advance. For items in our inventory, we will ship within 2 to 4 business days once the credit card is cleared/ check is cashed.

Returns/Exchanges

We are convinced you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if the items you ordered do not meet your expectations, we offer credit or exchange only. For proper credit of the price or an exchange, items must be returned in original condition we sent to you with the original invoice.

To return the item for any reason, please contact us via email for a return authorization number, which you should then write on the original invoice and place it inside the package with the items.

Please also note that we will not credit you for shipping and handling charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Credits will only apply to the invoice price.
